Base aerobics promotes the improvement of blood circulation, the removal of toxic substances (waste products) from the organism, improves the work of internals and all systems of the organism.

Aqua aerobics is an analog of classical aerobic trainings in water accompanied with music with the use of special equipment (barbells, water noodles). Trainings help to support the organism in a good physical fitness, effectively reduce weight, are the prevention for varicose veins, strengthen heart and vessels, improve blood pressure, promote the correction of posture and harden the organism. Aqua-aerobics classes improve flexibility, strain muscles and ligaments, burn off extra calories, successfully recover after traumas. Training in water not only makes physical loading easier, but also intensifies its effect. When a person resists the upthrust of water, it increases muscle strength, raises endurance and general muscle tone. The load on the spine and joints considerably diminishes in water. Aqua aerobics is enough effective way to lose weigh and get rid of cellulite. Water fills up an integument with humidity, making skin elastic and resilient.

Pilates is a flat press and a slim waist. It is a unique system of exercises, aimed at strengthening muscles and an organism, improving a posture, increasing spine mobility. System Pilates promotes the improving of control over your body, the development of coordination and balance. It is recommended for all levels of preparedness.
The main “objects” of Pilates method are deeply lying muscles-balancers, which allow to easily hold the body in any position and skillfully control its main functions. Constant control under the position of your body must be while doing exercises. You may improve flexibility, mobility of your joints, muscle balance and raise the body tonus in general.

Step aerobics. Let it be your first step on the way to a beautiful and trained figure, which you will create of yourself. You will be impressed with the diversity of movements, which are possible to be done on a simple step. Step-aerobics differs from other similar kinds of sport because the rhythmical movements up and down are done on a special step-platform. It develops the joints mobility, trains the balance and allows to burn a vast majority of calories. Workouts are complicated with different movements. Step is for these, who want to lose weigh, strengthen legs muscles or need the training of cardiovascular system.

Fitball is the aerobics with a special ball. The program is worked out for increasing the effectiveness of exercises for the figure’s correction, the development of the coordination and flexibility, correction the posture. The use of the ball during the workouts will help to remove the load from the spine, to work at all groups of muscles, especially press and back. It is the effective means for burning a vast majority of calories than during the common “power” workout.

Yogalates is a combination of yoga and pilates theories. It is a program, which connects the main principles of pilates and yoga asanas. On a whole, it is a complex of movements, which strains and strengthens most of muscles groups. During the yogalates classes an attention is aimed at the strengthening and endurance the body muscles. Being a complex of movements, yogalates focuses on a correct breath. It is necessary to breathe deeply while doing exercises. It activates belly and pelvic girdle muscles.
